Hmm. I'm not sure how to install your theme. Moving it into the themes manager doesn't work.
Thanks for the info on droid ttf. Nice font! Oh! And the icons!

If you are using ubuntu press F2+Alt. Then enter: gksudo nautilus
copy the extracted folder into usr/share/themes
